Wine History: |
The 2004 growing season was a mild and prolonged season that allowed for a long hang time on the vines. The Chardonnay was then barrel fermented in French Oak Barrels with a "secret combination" of three yeast strains for added complexity. At bottling the wine was not finned or filtered, only cold stabilized to bring the rich fruity flavors forward. Enjoy! |
