Wine History: |
The 2004 growing season was a mild and prolonged season that allowed for a long hang time on the vines. The Syrah was then hand harvested and aged in French Oak Barrels. At bottling the wine was not finned or filtered, only to bring the rich fruity flavors forward. Enjoy! |
