Wines
We have searched the four corners of the Central Coast of California’s wine region to find the best grapes that would be made into Nipa wines. Our wines are made with a minimalist attitude toward manipulation. We simply process the grapes into wine and then put them to sleep in oak barrels for 12 to 24 months, before we bottle our exquisite wines.
